- Information as required by law or to prevent fraud, money laundering, illegal activity, or other financial or property crimes and harmful activity
- The information we collect varies based on the services we are providing
- Details about search history, attempted bookings, canceled bookings, current and past bookings, location to comply with our contractual obligations with you, to enforce our policies and Terms of Service Agreements, resolve disputes, to improve the performance of our website, optimize our services, provide directions, to send notices, marketing and promotional messages on social media or third-party sites
- IP addresses, mobile carriers, browsers, proxy servers, and location derived from your IP address
- Recorded phone calls for customer assurance purposes

We may not notify customers of every legal request, challenge, or demand.

How we protect your data
To ensure security and confidentiality, the firm maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect the privacy of our customers. You are responsible for ensuring your password and account information are private.
Identifiable information about our customers or prospective customers will be maintained during the span of the engagement and for a period thereafter as required by state privacy laws.

Cookies
