The hotel offers guests with basic starter toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, shower cap, makeup remover, vanity kit, toilet paper, tissues, and coffee pods for use with Keurig. Condos with the attached kitchenette also include dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent and paper towels.

We strongly advise you to bring basic necessities with you (food, water, warm clothing) before checking into your rental property. Check road conditions and weather forecasts in advance. Please make sure your vehicle is in good working order and prepared for the conditions.

Resort parking is available for 1 car. The hotel charges a nightly fee for parking. The prices are listed below, but are subject to change at the discretion of the hotel.

This condo offers cable TV. Use the black “LodgeNet” remote control to turn on the TV and select your programming.

Yes! Coin-operated washers and dryers are in the laundry room on the 2nd floor. 

The hotel also offers guests access to a communal pool, hot tub, and sauna. To use the amenities, exit the hotel rooms via elevator and walk toward the stone shops lining the walkway to the front desk. You will see signs directing you to the amenities. If you need more information, you can contact the front desk by pressing 0 on any phone in the hotel or calling (530) 583-6300.

Check-in is 4pm. Each Caprock Property is set up for secure and convenient guest access with secure check-in. To access your condo, please check in with the front desk to obtain a key card. Guests must provide a credit card for payment of the required $40/night Resort Fee. The Resort Fee is for usage of:
– Wi-Fi throughout the resort
– Shuttle transportation around Olympic Valley
– Use of pool, hot tub, and gym amenities

Please check out at the front desk by 11 am.
Guests will need to pay for any additional incidental in-room charges incurred during their visit.

This condo is a private owner’s condo and includes standard departure housekeeping. Daily service, additional linens or toiletries can be arranged at an additional cost that is billed directly to guests.

This condo, while managed by Caprock Property, is still located inside a full-service resort hotel. Loud or disrespectful guests will not be tolerated, and are subject to eviction by the hotel staff for behaviors that violate their terms of service.

If there is a disturbance in a neighboring room that is interrupting your visit, you are encouraged to contact the front desk by pressing 0 on any phone in the hotel or calling (530) 583-6300.

You should also contact the front desk should you encounter any of the following:
– Missing or needed linens
– Maintenance issues
– Housekeeping issues
– Restocking issues
– Lock issues

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, property manager has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $100. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $100 cleaning fee.

All Caprock Property Rentals follow local and state tax rules. City and state taxes will be added to all reservation rates. Each reservation also requires a cleaning fee, and the standard Property Damage Protection policy. For reservations made outside of 30 days we collect 10% upfront and the reservation is cancelable up to 72 hours. For reservations made within 30 days we collect balance due or 100% at the time of booking and the reservation is cancelable within 72 hours. Reservations made inside 7 days we collect 100% at the time of booking and the reservation is non-refundable.

Guests who violate the terms of the rental agreement, at any time, will be required to immediately comply or asked to leave our property.
