Trey’s 1 bedroom king with queen sofa sleeper at Everline Resort & Spa (formerly Resort at Squaw Creek) is ski-in/ski-out in an idyllic mountain setting located at the base of Palisades Tahoe, site of the 1960 Winter Olympics, and minutes from California’s North Lake Tahoe. With just a one-night minimum, Trey’s 1 Bedroom Suite gives the ideal amount of flexibility.
The space
A full-service, luxury resort in an idyllic mountain setting, Trey’s located at The Everline Resort & Spa rests at the base of Palisades Tahoe, USA, site of the 1960 Winter Olympics, and minutes from California’s North Lake Tahoe. This one-bedroom Fireplace Suite, complete with resort-style kitchen, will comfort you in mountain home ambiance. The bedroom features a king-sized ‘Deep Powder’ pillow-top bed and desk, as well as a flat-screen TV. The full bath offers a deep soaking tub and free-standing shower with dual heads. In the living room you will enjoy lounging in front of the gas fireplace on the plush queen sofa sleeper and gathering around the dining table and four chairs. Enjoy coffee in your room, as well as the half-fridge, microwave, dishwasher and granite countertops in the kitchen area.
This exceptional resort has never been more magnificent. The dramatic lobby, through its floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooks a cascading waterfall and the breathtaking Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Expanding the space:
Dav’s Plush Studio and Trey’s 1 Bedroom Fireplace Suite are adjacent to each other and if both are booked by the same guest for the same dates, they can become a two bedroom suite. Search here for availability on your dates and if both are available, click book next to each one, then click confirm your reservation.
Cancellation: Free Cancellation for 48 Hours After Booking.
There is a Daily Resort Fee of $50/day included. This fee covers internet access, shuttle service to the Palisades Village, in-room coffee & tea, use of the Fitness Center, Pools, Hot tubs and Sauna. There is also a $35/day self-parking fee or $65 for valet to be paid upon departure. EV Charging available for a fee through the value when available.
We are a better value and are not part of the official rental program. If you would like to have interim housekeeping, the fee is $150 for each day as requested.
Check in time is not until 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 10:00 a.m. You may arrive earlier to enjoy the facilities, and you may be allowed to check into your unit earlier if it is clean. Please ask your host upon arrival. You may be able to request a late checkout if possible.
No Smoking, Dogs or Pets of any kind are allowed.
